18K Gold Vermeil

Our gold vermeil offers the best of both worlds, high quality pieces at affordable prices. A thick layer of 18k solid gold is layered on top of sterling silver to create our gold vermeil jewellery. Five times thicker and more durable than average gold plating and with the right care, our pieces can be worn for many years to come. 

All of our pieces are crafted from 100% recycled precious metals.

Wearing your 

JEWELLERY

  • Remove your jewellery when you bathe, swim or intensely exercise to maintain its quality and shine.
  • Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
  • Avoid spraying perfumes and applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.

Cleaning your 

PRECIOUS METALS

  • To keep your jewellery looking radiant, we recommend using a jewellery polishing cloth to rub in one direction.
  • Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.

GEMSTONES

  • Many natural gemstones can be quite delicate. Hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times.
  • Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.

    STORE YOUR JEWELLERY

    • Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or suitably lined jewellery box.
    • If you live in a humid environment, place a small packet of desiccant crystals where you store your jewellery.

    Processing time

    Items are dispatched within 3 working days, Monday - Friday.

    UK delivery

    UK delivery is free and will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class which aims to deliver within the UK the next working day, Monday - Saturday.

    International delivery

    Europe - £3.99 (FREE over £60)
    Rest of World - £5.99 (FREE over £70)

    International orders will be shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked, which aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days and rest of the world in 5-7 working days. Please allow for up to 10 days extra time for customs clearance.

    Returns

    We hope you love your jewellery but understand that occasionally something isn't quite how you had imagined. If you change your mind, you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Standard returns period

    If you’re looking to return your item, we’re happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 14 days of delivery.

    Christmas returns period

    We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive season, all online orders placed between 1st November - 24th December can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January. Please note this excludes earrings. For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our standard refund policy applies.
